Arraignments for in-custody defendants are held Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning at 8 a.m.
Arraignments for defendants who have bailed out of jail are held Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Arraignments for defendants cited but not booked are held Wednesday 9:30 a.m. (Traffic) and Wednesday 10:15 a.m. (Non-traffic), excluding holidays.
All other court hearings are scheduled throughout the day. Please check the calendars posted outside the courtroom for the time of day your case will be heard.
Courtroom Etiquette
All court proceedings are recorded and all persons are asked to be quiet until their case is called.
Be polite and courteous to the judge, to those around you, and to court personnel.
Remove hats upon entering the courtroom.
Suitable attire is required.
No smoking, food, or drink is allowed in the courtrooms.
All electronic equipment (pagers, phones, etc) must be turned off.
Weapons are prohibited in the courthouse.
Children may be present in the courtroom, however, if they disturb the proceedings, you may be requested to remove them. The court does not provide childcare services, and encourages young children not be present in court.
