Due to frequent fieldwork, the BKAT office is open by appointment only. Production studio and equipment check-out are by appointment only. To provide programs for airing, file delivery via Liquidfiles (cloud) is preferred, though DVDs may be placed in the drop-off box at our front door. Each year, BKAT cablecasts hundreds of community based programs to approximately 50,000 households throughout Kitsap County. BKAT is a Public Education and Government (PEG) Access television station airing programming on Comcast channel 12 and Astound/Wave Channel 3.

Are you a Kitsap County non-profit organization? Make use of BKAT's Community Bulletin Board (formerly BKAT Reader Board) that airs between programs. The Community Bulletin Board is available to local non-profits to promote their events, mission and meetings. Art Share is a program of Bremerton Kitsap Access Television (BKAT) that showcases artist’s original work by airing short video segments highlighting submitted art images throughout the program schedule. If you would like to submit art or see an example video, visit the BKAT Art Share page.
BKAT Advisory Committee
The committee acts as an advisory body to the Bremerton-Kitsap Access Television (BKAT) staff, City of Bremerton Council, and the Kitsap County Commissioners. It meets quarterly and makes recommendations on policy relating to services and facilities, promotes community outreach and provides a forum for citizen concerns regarding use of facilities, programming and other related issues.
