The City of Bremerton was recently awarded $300,000 of grant funding by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to study four specific areas for revitalization (Wheaton Way, Callow Avenue, Anderson Cove and the Downtown Core). The intent of this grant is to facilitate economic redevelopment of contaminated (real or perceived) and underutilized properties. We are seeking public input to help guide us in the process to determine which sites in any of these four areas would meet the most desirable outcomes for our community. We are kicking off the process with an Open House!
