Determination of Non Significance  BP20 00043  DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE PROPOSAL: The City of Bremerton plans to install sewer upgrades including grinder pump stations and force mains to existing sewer systems on properties along approximately 3,600 feet of the west and south shores of Oyster Bay. (BP20 00043). City of Bremerton DCD is the lead agency. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). The decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. The DNS is issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2)(a)(v); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issue. RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL: Andrea L. Spencer, Director of DCD. NOTE: Pursuant to RCW 43.21C.075 and City of Bremerton environmental regulations (BMC Chapter 20.04.210), decisions of the Responsible Official may be appealed. Appeals must be filed with the appropriate fees at the Department of Community Development, 345 6th St, Ste. 100, Bremerton, WA 98337. Appeals must be filed by the date indicated above as “Administrative Appeal Deadline.” If you appeal, you should be prepared to make specific factual objections. The issuance of this DNS does not constitute project approval. The applicant must comply with all other applicable requirements of the City of Bremerton and the State of Washington.
