Application  BP19 00073 CITY OF BREMERTON NOTICE OF APPLICATION Site Plan Review for construction of a distribution center on a 31.5 acre site (7530-7580 Bree Drive SW), with a 117,351 square foot commercial building, vehicle parking and loading areas, stormwater facilities, and landscaping. (File #BP19 00073). DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: OCTOBER 18, 2019 by 5:00 P.M. The City of Bremerton has received application for the proposal described above. The City has determined this proposal qualifies as a Planned Action per Ordinance 5189; as such, will not be subject to further review pursuant to SEPA. Consistent with the provisions of Bremerton Municipal Code, a fourteen (14) day comment period will be utilized to obtain comments on the Notice of Application. Application  BP19 00015  PROPOSAL: Laughlin Development, LLC proposes construction of 36 townhomes, with associated parking, landscaping, and stormwater facilities on a 1.47-acre parcel located in Bremerton, tax parcel ID#022401-1-071-2007. Consistent with the provisions of Bremerton Municipal Code, a fourteen (14) day comment period will be utilized to obtain comments on the Notice of Application. A Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) is expected to be issued and the optional DNS process, pursuant to WAC 197-11-355, is being used. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal. Based on any substantive comments received, the proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared.
