Hearing  BP18 00103  CITY OF BREMERTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NOTICE OF HEARING. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bremerton Hearing Examiner will conduct an open record hearing on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 9 a.m. in the Council Chambers, Norm Dicks Government Center Building 345 Sixth Street, Bremerton, WA. The purpose of this hearing is to consider information for a Preliminary Formal Subdivision. Riddell Road LLC. proposes a 73 lot subdivision adjacent to Riddell Road (Tax ID # 022401-1-062-2008, 022401-1-064-2006, 022401-1-042-2003, 022401-1-039-2008, 022401-1-079-2009, 022401-1-024-2005, & 022401-1-002-2001). This subdivision of approx. 20 acres is for 69 single family lots, and 4 multifamily/commercial lots, private roads, and open space tracts (File # BP18 00103). A Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) for the project was issued November 27, 2019. Any person may view the project application, request to receive a copy of the decision once made, and any appeal rights per BMC 20.02.140. YOU ARE INVITED to attend the hearing and make oral and written comments. The Hearing Examiner has the discretion to limit testimony to relevant, non-repetitive comments and to set time limits.
