Employers Drawn to Downtown
Affordable and Accessible - Growth Opportunities Abound
"PacificNow is  the time to consider expanding or relocating your company to Bremerton. Startup businesses and growing firms are realizing value for their investment. With the influx of businesses moving here, developers investing in Downtown, building renovation projects, and the new fast foot ferry, the timing couldn't be better. They can all take advantage of the reasonably priced rents for Class A and B space in historic and traditional office or retail space. Buildings are close to transit, ferry terminal, restaurants, cultural, entertainment amenities, and educational institutions.  

Employers will be especially attracted to the talent produced at Olympic College, recognized as one of the top 10 rated community colleges in the nation. They have also teamed up with Washington State University, University of Washington, and Western Washinton University to offer 4 year degrees.

Fast and frequent transportation across the Sound will contribute to the City’s growth strategy, and will speed the growing flow of talent and capital between Bremerton and Seattle.
