The City of Bremerton Tax & License Division is dedicated to helping local businesses thrive. We partner with storefronts, home-based businesses, and online sellers to make the licensing process straightforward and to ensure ongoing compliance. Our mission is simple: to support Bremerton businesses at every stage so they can focus on growing and serving our community.

What We Do

We process business license applications received from the Washington State Department of Revenue, handle business tax filings to ensure accounts remain accurate and up to date and manage the City’s landlord rental licensing program.
