The City of Bremerton is participating in a countywide program to provide a variety of pre-approved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plans.
These pre-approved plans can be used free of charge for ADU construction within city limits. In addition to the savings by providing these floor plans at no cost, there is a streamlined more efficient permitting process and a quicker approval turnaround. This program is led by the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council (KRCC) in collaboration with all Kitsap County jurisdictions.
