Rick Tift represents Bremerton City Council District 7 which includes Kitsap Lake Park, NAD Park, Pendergast Regional Park, a portion of Kitsap Way, and the area reaching south towards Gorst. Providing boundaries for the district are the Kitsap County neighborhoods called West Hills and Navy Yard City.
Rick is serving his first full term through 2029.
In 2026, Rick is Vice Chair for the Public Safety Committee and serves on the Parks, Finance, Investment, & Parking Committee.
