Landlord License

TaxLicense_04aIf you rent or lease real property (residential or commercial) within Bremerton City limits, you’re required to have a City of Bremerton Landlord Business License.

This is a city-based Landlord license only — it’s not issued or managed by the Washington State Department of Revenue and does not appear under your Washington State business license.

Even if you already hold a Washington State business license for other purposes, you’ll still need a separate City of Bremerton Landlord License if you own long-term rental property with tenants inside city limits.
